Butternut Squash Gnocchi With Brown Butter And Nutmeg

As a meal –

Poach gnocchi in salted water until they float
to the top, taste to make sure they are cooked
properly and finish in frying pan with brown
butter and sage. Add a sprinkle of nutmeg and
serve.

As a dessert –

Poach gnocchi in sweetened water until they
float to the top, in the meantime pan fry a few
sage leaves in butter, add gnocchi, a few
dashes of sugar, salt, nutmeg, cardamom and
cinnamon ( a few sprinkles of each in the pan
as the gnocchi cooks), taste and adjust sugar
as needed, plate and sprinkle with a bit of
cinnamon.  Enjoy!

Goddess Waves With Vodka Sauce

Bring pot of water to boil, add a good amount
Of salt, toss in goddess waves and cook for
2 -3 minutes. In a skillet, heat the vodka sauce
Once pasta is done, add the pasta to the skillet,
let it cook for about 30 seconds until well
blended and plate. Add fresh grated cheese
and enjoy the love.
